The Future of Business Automation

September 26, 20231 min read

The developers of our automation platform, ClickMovements (Business in a Box) have been visiting the future and coming up with some great ideas for 2023 and beyond.

AI is gradually becoming the future for all of us and set to take over the marketing content sector. ClickMovements wants to be on that wave, so in 2023 we’re introducing AI into image creation and copywriting - built right into the centre of the platform. So when you need a new unique image, just type in a few parameters and ClickMovements will create an image for you to use and embed in your communications. What if the ClickMovements AI could write your emails, your website copy, your SMSs and even your social media posts - it’s all coming in 2023.

Intent-based automation has been around for a while where the algorithms built into our CRM take independent variables like webpage visits, communication frequency, communication urgency or shop pages visits and produce either a lead score or a grading depending on the intent of the lead. You might think, so what… but this takes the guesswork out of targeted marketing and remarketing and helps you invest your precious marketing budget in campaigns that work and with an increased ROI. Lead Scoring is already in ClickMovements but we’ll be adding this more intelligent data analysis over the next few months.

That’s what over 100 full time developers can do for you. Our platform is looking to employ 170 by the end of 2023 - that’s how fast we’re growing.
